The purpose of this Building Safety Resident Portal is to provide information to current residents and leaseholds of the building/estate and other individuals expressly authorised by the building/estate owner or managing agent. Further, this portal provides residents and leaseholders with a method of contact for enquires and feedback in line with building safety legislation.
These terms set out your rights and obligations to access and use this portal and restrictions on how it may be used.
This portal is provided by Galliard Homes Limited, referred to in these Terms as 'we', or 'us'. You can contact us via the information on our website or in relation to this portal by email to: buildingsafety@galliardhomes.com.
EligibilityAccess to this Building Safety Resident Portal is strictly limited to current residents and leaseholders of the building/estate, or individuals expressly authorised by the building/estate owner or managing agent.
Your eligibility to access this portal shall automatically terminate in the event that you no longer own or occupy a premises or you are no longer the authorised representative for another organisation at a property in the building/estate or if you breach these Terms in a material way.
For data protection reasons only people over the age of 18 are allowed to register for this portal.
